A.Pelletier Electric was founded by Mr. Alyre Pelletier in 1979 and was later incorporated in 2000 as 507878NB LTD. Mr. Pelletier also created A.L.Refrigeration in 1985.

Shawn Pelletier, Mr. Pelletier's son, bought the company in 2018 and incorporated it as Pelletier Electrique & Refrigeration Ltee.
